Anyone having trouble adding FBML?

Hey ive haggling all day trying to get FBML landing pages to work but its like Im in a loop. I add the app, make it a tab, put in my code and save and then when I go to my page it doesnt show up. i go to see if its still active in my back end and its not there or it asks me to add it again, in which case I have to start all over.

Anyone having the same problem? Know how to fix it? Or is FB just screwing around again?
