Anyone having problem receiving e-mails from twitter to yahoo?

Hi. for the last past 2 months I want to reset some of my twitter account's password, but I never receive the code e-mail what so ever. when I try to login some of my accounts it sends confirmation code, I don't receive that also. This only happens with yahoo accounts, my friends have this issue too. Any idea?

I don't have an access to account, don't remember the password some of them. so I need to reset with e-mail, there is no other choice.
