It's not an answer to the question, but believe me, it's better for you to buy this theme than to search for pirated ones (nulled), because 90% of nulled WordPress themes contain malware or ransomware... Which could screw up your database/filestorage later...

Thanks, i know how to clean them, i do not plan to buy it for a test website on some random hosting though xD
