Basically Google has AdWords agents that you can work directly to create campaigns with.

This is appealing to me as an AdWords noon because that beats paying a company a few hundred dollars a month to manage my AdWords and all that budget can go into spending.

Do you think the AdWords team does a good job working on campaigns?

    Thanks

Some of the "Adwords Team" sucks - some of the support guys are good. There are a lot of tricks regarding adwords but if you are using google support techs you'll have to find a good one. The good ones will know tricks such as manually adding a destination url to improve your keyword quality score and creating multiple adgroups to divide up your keywords to also improve keyword quality score...stuff like that

The campaings Google sets up aren't bad, but if you are looking for maximum cost efficiency, hiring a good agency definitely pays off.
