you buy and sell e-currencies with other users. the question I have is can I get scammed if I try to sell like for example $500 paypal money for $500 LR????? Is it secure? does the website actually handle the money when putting it up for auction to pervent scamming?

No one's going to give you $500 LR for $500 paypal.
You would get $457.14 from the exchanger I use.
That site you posted looks like auctions between
individual people and I would stay away from that
no one will like your offer because it's too easy for you
to charge back when they can't.

first of all ecurrency exchanges aren't allowed here , second , none exchanger with more than 2 cell brains alive on hes head will take gaypal from unknown peoples for other secure ecurrency's .

i was just using that as an example. the real question is is it secure? how does the site make the transaction secure?
