I don't think one actually exists, but I thought I would at least ask.

Based on your post, you don't even know what an oxymoron is, so I'll have to disagree with your claim.

And why would I PM you?

That's great. So you want to keep them a secret?

Kind of misses the whole point, doesn't it?

I am looking for large capacity DVD or CD holders, like the 246 cd capacity (up to 400 CD) zippered cases that hold four disks on each page. I have not had any luck at all, so now I am looking in the USA distributor market. Needs to be inexpensive, and similar to fellowes or case logic. Any ideas?

I recommend you get on B2B sites and post a trade lead.

"Honest Chinese Wholesaler" --- okay, I won't comment on the way you phrase that one.

There are surely reputable wholesalers out there but like anything you do on the net, you usually have to weed out through the b.s. in order to find a good seller.

Another thing is, it also widely depends on your MOQ. The best sellers would of course be more flexible and easier to work with if you order by volume. Otherwise, if you're looking at, say, 50 units of a product, then obviously, prices won't be as good and you're not going to be getting it off the manufacturers. Some may think that's a large amount of product, but to those who manufacture, it's peanuts. They sell hundreds/ thousands at a time.

In addition to that, I think you should also be mindful with the payment methods you use because, if you're not using banking instruments (L/Cs, etc.) then what's left is western union, forms of paypal, etc (which, really, large scale sellers wouldn't use this anyway).

What I recommend is that you try to do the following:
    1) Post a Trade Lead
    2) Conduct due diligence on the Company in question
    3) Negotiate for price and sample
    4) Payment terms and lead times

The difficulty in trading with china is that most of the time, if you aren't a volume buyer and you don't have a representative there, they could very well send you a box full of garbage, if anything gets sent out at all.

That's why some people/companies hire reps or agents to do on site inspections on their behalf. Again, this would require a little more money and would affect your overall costs but if you look at it in another way, it's an investment on its own so that you don't lose money to bad products.

I don't think it's that difficult to locate a good wholesaler if you're ordering in bulk. Otherwise, if it's small orders, it could be a bit of a task.

I cant say that these tips would make your sourcing 100% safe because any business opp is a risk but you minimize your risk by obviously proper calculation through learning.

I wish you the best and hope you get on well with your ventures.

I only can advise to try any of the many trade platforms, like
    Code:
    http://www.tradetang.com/ or http://www.globalsources.com
for instance, and get some experience there. Purchasing a premium account used to be a good investment.
