Anyone have an experince with Aweber ?

    Hello guys

    Just wanna to ask if i don`t pay this month for renew my aweber account what will happened ?

    I will travel this month and wouldn`t use the account the next month so will they deleted my lists or just deactivate my account until pay ?

    Actually I thought they had a 30 day grace period where they would hold onto your lists, but if you didnt reactivate by the time the 30days was up they would wipe the acct out.

    I do not like aweber. Just like you I traveled but my credit card was taken in Southeast Asia. I wrote aweber and asked them to delay billing on my account until I got another credit card but they said "nope". I was like WTF??

    Then they deleted my email list - some 2-3K worth of emails because my replacement card never made it to Malaysia. Small change I know but it is the lack of thought that counts here to me.

    Horrible customer service, cost me money to use their service - above the already high prices they charge.

    I think you can pay $5-$10/month for them to hold your account...
