Wait for a week or two and it will be open again as the offer page promises. I did the same mistake and didn't applied enough.
Then if your lazy like me, just buy loads of email accounts from Fiverr and just start filling them out.

you're gonna have to attach a credit card or vcc to your account to get credited.. so you can't just buy a load of emails and expect to get 300$ on all of them. just so ya know.

I know that little thing and I'm working on that with $50 coupons to have working accounts ready when this offer starts again. Good thing with Adcenter is that they allow to stack different type of vouchers like (unfortunately not 2x$300 but $300+$50 gives $350)
