Use the Paypal generator. Just use it slowly and allow it to fill up your account otherwise you'll get banned. There is also the Amazon Sales Snatch, if you know how to implement it probably. There was one guy on here, who snatched a few million from Amazon. This is why their profits weren't down recently. Works pretty effectively.
