I'm working with 2 brands right now. And I was thinking if working with mommy bloggers is worth it.

Anyone has experienced working with mommy bloggers?

Basically, I can't provide them products or any giveaways from the brands. I was thinking of pitching them for editorial articles.

    Worth it or not?

    What's in it for them?

Have you done any research on this?

Mommy bloggers are amongst the most astute of bloggers.

They generally will (the quality ones that is) ask WIIFM,
and ususually either charge more $, or get a sponsorship,
or a deal on discounted goods and services etc...

    Good Luck

I have worked with them and you need to be careful while talking with them. They are like constantly on periods n stuff.. and I'm not even joking or something.
Be very polite and try to play with their mind, then you will succeed, but make sure you don't get them angry.. then you can easily lose them.

    edit:

sorry I didn't notice that you might be a woman as well.. then it should be easier for you because women stick together (personal experience)

Yes, I'm a woman and I know how it is to be a woman with PMS lol. But i'm not a parent so I may not understand the needs. I guess I need to build the relationship first.

Yes, I have noticed that. I even saw the pricing.
What I am thinking now is that, offering them an editorial content instead of paying for the promotional content. :S
    Now I'm lost here.
