Hi, i am in need for company creation and as european citizen, i am looking for country with cheapest price for ltd formation and cheap monthly expenses.
From what i found, I can register everything online for 18 pounds and have company registered in 2 days.
For adress, i will use virtual office address as i am not UK citizen. (yearly expense 100pounds)
my questions:
1. Ive done some research about bookkeeping / accounting and on first sight it looks like, that i need only some subscription to program like clearbooks, and i can do all myself. is that true? or are you using accountant also? if so, how much do you need to spend on him per month/year?
2. im going to sell only digital goods and services, but in whole europe, so i need to be vat payer. is it simple to become vat payer in uk? or am i wrong and i dont have to be vat payer, when selling goods to other european cities?
3. On first sight, it looks like i need only 10/month for address and 20/month for bookkeeping software. So 30 pounds monthly expenses and then paying tax for profit. is that really that simple?
thanks very much for every advice guys!
