N: Please at least answer the first portion of the question.... would be appreciated.

I used it once for a TRJ on ClickBank and did OK. Eventually people started copying my idea and it was no longer profitable :-\

I'm using it on 2 different niches for a couple affiliate programs. I am clearing $100 a month on each one. I just keep relisting every month. Takes some time and research to find the goodies. Hot item finder and some other research tools can be found on this forum.... Good Luck

I just wanted to know if anyone actually was making sales from listing on their man, lol. Also, I was wondering if you could clock competitors sales to see if the product of your choosing is worth listing on their. Anywho, thanks I got enough from your statement to proceed.

I was under the impression that you can't actually sell something on ebay classifieds, only direct them to a website of your choice via a link in the ad.

Or...can you even put links in the ebay classified ads anymore?

    BTW === FOR SPYING ======
Just use the advanced search feature of 'show closed auctions' and search for your product.

    Does it sell?
    What's it sell for?

I have made $1000's and $1000's with ebay. what i did was go to auctions, like company auctions and university auctions and buy up good stuff then resold it on ebay for $1000's.

I've been experimenting with e*Bay classifieds for my own product. I've had a few sales, but not a whole lot of traffic. That could be anything, though - my ad title, my landing page, etc. I just put it up again as 'featured' (about $50 total cost) so if I sell a couple of copies it will be worth it. It also gets me some opt-ins to my list, which is probably the best use for an e*Bay classified.

Give it a try - for $10 you can't go wrong!

When you say "traffic" - do you mean traffic to the ad on ebay - or traffic that came to your actual website?

What I'd like to know is many impressions your ebay classified ad received?

Ad Title would determine whether someone decide to click on your listing and view the whole thing. (this would be the answer to how many impressions the ad received).

landing page - by this, do you mean your actual website (not the copy an ebay user would see in you ad after clicking on the listing)?

It's too bad there's no way to determine "click-through" rate, like you would in a PPC campaign - that would be the only true test of how effective your classified ad title is.

Plz let us know if this produces a significant increase in traffic to your ebay ad. Again, that's traffic to the ebay ad - not traffic to your site. I want to make sure we are on the same page.

The "ad copy" inside the classified ad and the offer made will obviously determine how many people go to your website -

Then your site's conversion rate (for opt-in or buy) is another issue entirely.

That is retarted. What makes it go for more on ebay when you sell it then when they do? They probably get more views from customers then you, and they have a better reputation.... If anything you might be able to make a few cents especially after ebay and paypal fees.
