No, most nowadays even want you to submit an application with youremail@yoursite.com, they won't even let you use a free email account.

It's getting worse and worse, at least for those who don't have sites.

Come up with $10, buy a domain, and get free hosting, and set up a wordpress blog.

If you can't do these things, this is why they don't want to work with you.

This is correct, so you could get a $3 domain and free hosting.

I've just stayed away from .info's for some reason.

I mean if you dont want to do anything but use the site as a cover or whatever...then .info's are probably alright...but if you are wanting to make money off the site, get it ranked high, or even do some SEO...you want to have a .com, .net, or something like that...im pretty sure most search engines hate .info names.

My .info is ranking pretty alright. Whatever works, I guess. What could work for some, may suck for others. I agree with charlie, a .info will work just to get you through the door.

1] info domain name is good
2] simple WP blog is OK
3] domain doesn't have to be old, I got into neverblue and maxbounty with a few days old domain
4] free hosting or not - not so important, for as long as you can host your site there
5] preferably no blogger blogs; no gmail, hotmails, ymails, mmails and so on; for email address - info at "your domain name".info should be OK
6] better not to re-apply straight away; there are so many CPAs up there, why would you
7] be persistent, you have to persuade them that they would regret by not signing you in
8] BullS is OK but don't overdo it
9] be confident; your answers during your phone interview should match with your application stuff; no discrepancies at all [very important - don't get caught]
    Good Luck!

I was accepted into a bunch of cpa networks last week - copeac, max bounty, affiliate.com, etc.

You have to give a website as part of the application process. I gave a crappy amazon affiliate site I made selling remote control cars.

They will call you and ask you questions - I told them that I gave that website as I couldn't complete the application otherwise, but that I create custom domains for each offer and if it converts I scale up and use ppc, etc.

The bottom-line is that if you are honest with them (I told them I started a year ago with affiliate marketing and was now looking to expand to cpa) and sound like you know what you're doing they will accept you.

    Good luck

I gave neverblue and maxbounty a crappy co.cc blog that was run on free hosting.

It's all about social engineering. I always try to crack 1-2 jokes here and there that will get the AMs laughing and agreeing with you. That will usually seal the deal because AMs WANT a sociable affiliate.
