    Hi,

I have a few friends who cold call selling all sorts of insurance and they are generating around 15 leads (people who request more information) per day each.

I was wondering if I could help them go it alone and earn by selling their leads as freelancers.

I don't do any CPA so not really sure what the rules would be on: cold call -> direct to my LP -> aff link/lead capture form -> insurance broker

Is this an acceptable method of promotion? Or are there better ways to sell leads?

I realise the UK is heavily regulated but just wondering if it is possible on a relatively low startup budget (around $1.5k)

    Thanks for your help

Sounds like a legit idea but quite a pain to me.

How are you supposed to get customers to fill in leads this way? wouldn't you be filling in the lead with their information. If you don't cover your tracks the cpa companies may consider this lead fraud and ban your account so watch out.

Yeah that's the part I'm not sure about. I'm sure some networks would be okay with filling details from same IP if method was explained. And I'm sure there must be companies who buy exclusive leads so I could just take their details and sell on.
