I hate excel, its my weakness but I will learn ;)

Anyway can anyone help me out?

I have a list of 600 keywords which I will put in Google keyword tool to search volumes blah blah

Trouble is when Google spits out my keywords it changes the order of my list - Which is a pain in the ass as we have a whole database set up so only other option is manual !

Anyway I can resort the exported list back in order, along with volume data?

Have you tried selecting all the columns in excel, then Data (on Menu bar) -> Sort , select the column you wish to sort by ?

So you wanna have like highest volume first etc?
    If so
Click on "Data" than Sort in Excel 2010.
Than click on the column you want to sort with (B/C etc depending on the column you wish to sort)
Thank click the box next to it which says acsending or decsending etc.

What's the pattern you need to sort on.... Is it based on an alphabeticall order or on something else? If it's alphabetical, it shouldn't be a problem... you can just sort in excell... If it's based on something that's not in the list, It'll be harder

you can but its a little complicated to explain through a post..

you put your original keyword list (in correct order) in column A
then put google's results (in incorrect order) in columns B through whatever
with the out-of-order keywords in column B

then you have column J or something use a formula which takes the word in column A, and scans column B for the same word, and then outputs its position in column J.
you can then have the columns following J output the remaining data from the correct row using the position data from J.

    yea i know it's confusing :p
