Question: How do i create scarcity/urgency in email marketing?

I want to create a 24 hour countdown for discounted price(in Email). How do i insert timer in Email? And most importantly i am using auto-responder, so each day different people are getting this email so how do i close the offer each day? I need to show the same message to people the day after that.
How do i close the offer if i am using Auto-Responder, So that the same person(on that day) does not gets the offer after timer ends?

Go ahead and ask it and I'm sure you'll get someone that will come along and answer + it will be public so others that may have the same question will also get answers and insight.

Is that site free? Secondly, i am using auto-responder, so this same email goes to new people every day(that is new timer every day for new person)..there is only 1 offer page..so..how do i close the offer after the countdown finishes and re-start the offer...for new person again?

Any emails that I've seen with a countdown timer are actually using an animated GIF. If you watch it long enough, it eventually loops, or you can just copy the URL of it and paste it into a browser. This is probably the most cost effective route for you to go. Keep it simple.

As far as the actual sales page, there are a ton of services that use cookies to create "evergreen scarcity" sales campaigns/funnels. Countdown Monkey is a service I've used in the past, and there are a few WordPress plugins that will do it for you as well. Here is one that I've looked at in the past:

But most of my email subscribers open my emails couple of times.(over a range of time)..and if they find out it's fake...it might ruin my whole campaign.

I think a lot of people just don't notice. Look at any email that you've gotten in the past with a countdown timer in it. I doubt any of them will be flashing 00:00:00 time left.

Emails aren't like web pages, you can't load them down with a bunch of active code, heck, you even have to inline all of the CSS! The only way I could see this working is if there were a service that literally generated gifs on the fly then replaced the gif on the server that is linked in your emails.

Each viewers sees a different timer? Do i have to manually close my offer(Each time) or it happens automatically?
Is there any other way to create scarcity...is it possible to do it with affiliate offer's(other's website)...?

I believe it automatically redirects them to a different page once the timer is up, and as long as the cookie is on their computer, they can't access the original offer.

There are a bunch of ways to create scarcity:
    • Offer bonuses when they purchase from you for a certain number of customers.
    • Offer a discount code that only has X number of uses allowed.
    • Don't let people buy, force them to be on a "waiting list" which is really just an auto responder that eventually sends them a link to the sales page once it "opens up" for a "limited amount of time/customers."
    • Taking the above option further, have them pay to be on a waiting list. This is actually done: https://www.5000bc.com/#paywaitinglist and only open the sale up to a certain number of people.
    • Let your customers know how long until the price goes up.
I'm sure there are a couple of others, but that's just off the top of my head.
