Get a better keyboard. Also make sure that you are sitting at the right height to type. They also make wrist braces that keep you wrists straight so you don't do as much damage. Also get Dragon Nat speaking so you don't have to type so much.

You might want to get a wrist brace thing and you might want to wear it to bed also. It may sound strange but i know quite a few people that are having wrist problems because of the various ways they sleep with the positioning of the wrist. The brace solves the problem. Walgreen has them for like 20 bucks i think they make cheaper ones but i would go for the best because the people i know said they work. Hope this helps.

It seems that a good rest/pad for the wrist won't aggravate it. Mine hasn't gotten worse enough for a surgery.

make sure not to bend your wrists up when you type. they sell these gel things for you to rest them on.

If you drink diet soda...stop. It aggravates the condition. Take B6 along with B-complex vitamins. 1 B6 200 mg. and 1 B-complex 50 mg tablet daily until the pain subsides for carpal tunnel it usually works for most people. Hope it works for you.

Did you know that drinking soda (or any carbonated beverage) leaches the calcium out of your bones?? That's some scary shit.
