500+ products all with unique content. It is only pages i have not done seo for that are ranking highly.

Yes! I have. Start creating a ton of 2.0s and stop using what ever keywords you were using before. Start using all long tail keywords which support that main keyword. You probably overused your keywords. Do you think was it?
None of me ecom sites got hit and I use the shittiest links that I can but I don't target any keywords. Just all long tails which make my anchor link profile extremely diverse.

How many web 2s have you created? How big is your sites? Do you point them at your home page or to products and categories as well?

Home page 20% and rest of the links get pointed at category pages. I have tons of category pages.

Web 2.0s. Thousands and thousands. I would say 30k at least. Spun scraped garbage for a few of the sites

I will suggest you check your internal link and external link, if possible to you check also keyword density.

what kind of link building did you use for your website? if you used crappy link building services your better off starting over and transfering your site to a new domain.
