    Can anyone tell me what the situation is like in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, CALABARZON, Philippines. Please?

    I have a friend out there, I have not heard back from him since 26th of December when the Typhoon hit.

    Dasmariñas wasn't affected much by the typhoon. Worst case scenario would be that the wind brought down the power lines and your friend can't use his computer.

    Do you know any way to determine if this is the case, or if you know when things would be restored? I have no idea what the local services are like over there.
