Hey guys, I'm planning to create a Paypal in my cousin's name and address, so then I get his card and withdraw the money directly in my country via ATMs.

If someone is from Germany here, could you please tell me what I should know about the country rules and taxes about this? (I'm talking about more than $3,000 a month here)..

So your cousin is in Germany and you are somewhere else, right? For all income you need to pay income tax in Germany plus VAT if your profit is over 18.000 or 18.500 Euro per year. Possible that they will force you to pay commercial tax as well at some stage. Anyway, your cousin will be liable for paying the tax as he is the one who gets the money. In case he is an employee and doesn't have a tax number yet he needs to get one from his local tax office. He should also be aware that the monthly payment for his health insurance will rise dramatically (in case he is using a public one). Of course, all of this stuff will happen only if he is a good citizen and files all of his "income" correctly. So you'd need to send him a part of the money for his tax payment & health insurance (and maybe some other stuff I forgot to mention). Put aside around 40% of the $3000 per month and you are on the safe side.

and how about I split my earnings in two paypal accounts, cause I have tons of cousins there lol :p
I just keep my money flow under 18k in every paypal account?
    Is that a good idea?
