Anyone Familiar With Coppermine? Add Text And Link Inputs

i need some text inputs made in the Album Properties page to replace Album Description

Event
Venue
Location




but sometimes i just need certain information

A blank text input to enter text (the 2 blank ones are necessary)
another blank text input to enter text (the 2 blank ones are necessary)

i wouldnt need each field everytime, so if nothing was entered, the text for the field and the field itself doesnt show on the page

i need all these fields

i need to control the different text seperately with css, the bold and the other



i need inputs to enter a url under the title on this page and to the rite of 4 files on 1 page(s). the same url on top and bottom, just one input, and the text Reply In Forum shows where i want the link to appear. some pages have 100 of pics so the link is necessary on the bottom because people are there for awhile looking at pics and at the bottom of the page
