I am aware however my Snapchat has recently been plagued with the exact sweepstake offers I am looking to promote so it is definitely possible. Today alone I've been shown 5 different ads which are clearly from the same ad set.

I wonder if cloaking can work but it's worth a try and see for yourself.

I feel like its more the creative that determines the approval or not. I screenshot and recorded all the ads and what happened when I clicked etc so I may just try and do something very similar to what they did. There was a simple landing page in between the ad and the offer with a pretty hefty disclaimer so perhaps this helps approval.

Will give it a go I guess, I'm just having issues finding all the info I need for setting up my ads account because they only let you sign up as a 'business' and since I'm just an individual, its asking me for info I don't have. But thanks!

Very easy to see those ads. Just copy the landing page and ad and see if it gets approved. Does not appear they care too much as I see a bunch of dumb shit on there I doubt it is cloaking.

yea those insurance ads are funny :D. They're actually mine. JK. I recently got an ad rejected this morning unfortunately after waiting like 3 day

I tried to copy their strategy and for some reason I failed. I used a picture ad instead of a video though which might be why I didn't go through. I also have a feeling sc does manual verification

Did your ad creative guarantee something? If it did, try putting a clause in it, such as "If you were born before XXXX". I believe this helps you bypass their rule of not allowing you to guarantee something false or unbelievable to the user.

I might try something like that. My creative simply said "first####"

I have to read what they gave me for reasoning but I think they said misleading or bait n switch
