anyone ever used zombaio for cc processing?

i read some good things about them, they have great rates, but after a few emails back and forth from them, they are not replying back..

anyone know anything about them, or use them currently?

If they aren't showing professionalism and replying to you in a timely manner then don't deal with them. If something happend to your cc processing or payments and you were with them...then you'd probably get screwed over. Just my 2 cents.
