Ok, I was just thinking of this, and I'm positive it has been thought of before, but I just want to see if it would work..
Companies offer CPM- cost per thousand impressions.
Now, couldn't a person just buy massive traffic, send those impressions to the CPM banner, and get paid guaranteed money?
You would have to work out the pricing conversions obviously, for how much the traffic will cost and how much you are being paid per thousand of impressions but it would easily work in theory.
OR.
Does the traffic have to have some sort of conversion eventually for you to get your CPM commission?
Anyone have any experience in this area?
