Has anyone ever sold $100+ services on Fiverr?

Is there any demand for higher budget exclusive services?

I know there are a lot of Fiverr sellers on here, just wondering if anyone has ran any tests with their higher priced services.

Well it worked for me but in a different situation.

Mostly customers dont feel comfortable to buy $100 gigs as their first order. So it happened to me when the buyer was an existing client of mine on Fiverr.

    Short answer:

you cannot start from selling $100 services there (means no reputation = no trust = no sales)

    There are three options:
    1. Sell cheaper service, build up reputation, then change gig contents and prices to start selling more expensive services
    2. Create a system with cheap and expensive gig, funnel leads from the former to the latter
    3. Invent a way to get buyers' contact data. Sell cheap services on Fiverr and treat Fiverr buyers as leads. Upsell more expensive stuff outside of Fiverr.

Also, keep in mind that there is a significant number of scammers on Fiverr. It is easy to create a new PayPal, buy tons of shit from Fiverr and then revert back all transactions. Fiverr NEVER engages in PayPal disputes, so it is 100% win for anyone who starts a claim.

It doesn't even has to be a scammer. Sometimes just random shit happens. E.g. Fiverr bans some perfectly legit account for "suspicious activity". Buyer cannot access files he/she has bought previously. Fiverr support tells him/her to fuck off. He/she goes then to PayPal and RIGHTEOUSLY refunds all transactions. Is it your fault? Not. Customers fault? Not. But Fiverr will take all your earned money back.

Personally I am very wary about selling anything above $50-100 on Fiverr.
