Anyone else seeing referrer search strings from Google again?

Been seeing several referrers from Google with the q= parameter set again.... Anyone else see the same thing? Did anything change?

Did they decide to stop their stupid war against us? Will Google let us know what search terms OUR hard work they scraped is being searched for?

I may be wrong, but isn't q= used by some devices/browsers? (such as some mobile, etc.)
