It has been opposite for me, I am.seeing good boost in views. May be the audience is sharing my videos with friends.

Yeah, same here
Feels like YouTube tweaked something in the recommendation system again.
Might be worth testing different thumbnails or upload times to see if it recovers.

Are you posting AI content on youtube ? Because ,youtube said that it will nit give preference to such content anymore. They are treating it as spam.
