I just read this and it looks like its no April fools joke, that google is banning teeth whitening and weight loss ADVERTISERS

"Google has made a minor shift in its policy that has major implications. Up until now it has taken action against ads, not advertisers. If an ad violated one of Google?s terms of use, the search giant would take it out of circulation, but that?s it. Google briefed TBM on its new policy: It will now ban the advertiser, not the ad, effectively neutering the advertiser?s ability to shift from one ad and shell site to another."

looks like google PVA's are going to be the next hot seller at some point

What concerns me is that today its just teeth whitening and weight loss, whats it going to be tomorrow? or the next day, and where do they stop?

I also like how the author at TBM always refers to the "Scumbag advertiser"

Its because of the way in which they were doing business. They were offering FREE 30 DAY TEETH WHITENING, etc and you just have to pay for S&H.

Well, when you enter your CC info, they have it right? Well in the fine print and TOS, if you don't cancel for 30 days you will get charged something like $79.99 every 30 for your membership until you do.

Even though there may be plenty of guys who actually send the product, there are also plenty who don't. Or they sign you up for other offers. Its the "pre-foreclosure, foreclosure" listings or the "car auction" style, where the whole entire business is run off of FREE TRIALS or 0.99 sent trials and than reoccuring billing for months.

Google got helllzzza complaints and did investigations, etc.

Thats my take, I have been watching the teeth whitening ads for days
