I bought XRP at $3+ in 2018 and still holding.

That's ok. Better to feel sorry for losing additional earnings than to feel sorry for waiting too long, not taking the earnings, and get back to a loss.

Once I tracked SLP for multiple days going from 0.28 to 0.35 several times. Took the shot at 0.27 and it never went back up. Sold at 0.18... I still check it from time to time like today $0.05. At least I feel good I didn't wait longer to take my loss.

It will always happen but do not let these bad trades stop you. You can try other coins and cover this loss.
