Has anyone had ANY success iframing, lets say, an email submit so the user just puts in the email and then you are credited for a lead?

Yeah. But you should do some sophisticated jquery on that also. Because nobody pays you for a simple email submit. They want 2nd, and also 3rd page submits as well. You will soon get banned if your traffic only fills emails.

Meannn is 100% correct...you will get banned if you convert very high on the 1st page but not at all on the 2nd or 3rd. Your best bet is to send legit traffic to cpa offers that will convert on the 2nd or 3rd page. (example: youtube users) and mix in traffic that is only converting on the 1st page because it is iframed.(much higher conversion rate than you can normally achieve since users don't even know they are filling out a cpa offer...)

    Hope this helps.
