Anyone creating Tier 1 Links with GSA this days?

I have a fair bunch of tests going these days with a fair few using SER on T1 with a handful of those having nothing but links from SER in their whole pyramid. I have changed how I use SER on T1 now though and its mainly for anchor text dilution and to increase reffering domains to help mask links that I use in my tiers more than anything.
I go over my current link pyramid in my journey thread post here as well as some of the SERP jumps for the money site pages in this post in my journey thread. There's also this thread from about a year ago about a very similar topic that has a pretty decent discussion on the subject. You can see that the people saying not to use SER on your money site don't go into much depth in their posts or display any real understanding of the toolset where as the people saying its fine put up a fair few detailed posts. I share this post in the thread that may help you out but so much has changed since then with a whole bunch of algo updates and my current stratergy for SER is nothing like what I post in that thread anymore.
If you do decide to go ahead using SER then I highly recommend you read my tutorials on the toolset here and my case studies here.

There are websites ranking pretty high with tons of spammy links. I don't know whether they were generated with GSA or some other tool, but the fact remains you can still rank with spam.

Nice website and case studies! It seems express indexer works like a charm ? Did you use quality web 2.0s for indexing or also spammy links?
I used serengines long time ago, just checked it, ok new design and new version but still only 25 engines avaiable ?
I think its not worth the money....
Look like they are constantly adding new engines, but the feature that more interest me and make T1 look legit is about deleting default posts, selecting a theme different from the default one and they told something about changing profile pics...maybe in the next months it will be a very good alternative to Rankerx ecc!

It did when I used to use it every day, I dropped it after developing my own indexing method and havent used it in a while.
