Anyone can sell their bitcoin/litecoin?

dont know if placed in right place but here goes

want to get in on this and buy few new cryptocurrencies. however I cant get my hands on ANY to start.
tried thru btc-e but cant pay thru those damn russian sites
anyone want to sell me $15 worth of any coins thru paypal? Or is there any other place where you can buy them except btc-e and pay with creditcard?
