Anyone can get hundreds/thousands of software (exe's) daily?

As briefly described on the title, I need someone who is already making, or is capable of making hundreds or thousands of downloads daily.

Those downloads must contain exes, like applications, games, etc.
Basically every software that has executables.

Of course, each download must be made from a different computer/ip.
Accept every country, that's not important.

I'm not doing PPI, or anything of that kind, so don't send me to ppi.org, please lol

Well if you're not doing Pay Per Install than tell us what you are doing, because it sounds exactly like that. I am not willing to do PPI but I do much exceed those numbers you're looking for.
