He said he could get me a paypal loadable VCC (and he had 9 itraders that were recent and positive). I loaded $300 right away, he said he would take care of it right then, now he disappeared. I have more money to buy one somewhere else, but I made it clear to him I need to put some money in my pocket tonight.....very shady....damnit lol

Still nothing, damn. But I think I can get it back. Can someone please PM with what to do in this situation. I will do some research in the mean time, I marked it as "goods" when I paid.

If its goods, you can file a paypal dispute and tell them that you haven't receive the item you requested.
