I've seen the method of adding a rich snippets enabled directory on a site to show stars in your SERP results, but I haven't tried it out yet. Has anyone been accepted for this or any other creative method? Having stars display on your sites search results is pretty cool looking, and I imagine it would help your click through rate.

From what I know, you must set up your microformat and get many reviews as G is deciding whether they display it or not.

Make unique reviews (like 50 per item), with a regular time interval between them, and it should be OK

Yeah, I was planning on extensive setup like that for some of my local SEO clients. The problem is, I have to set up the review system so that the reviews appear on their main site in their SERP results for it to be worth my time and their money. I was wondering if anyone has been successful setting it up the black hat way.
