anyone any experience with clickaine as an advertiser

I attempting to get into traffic arbitage, I was thinking of buying traffic from clickaine as their advertised rates look good. The only issue is the page I am sending them too my not be high quality and include popups and adult ads. Would this be OK with the company or what is your experience

What network you plan to send their traffic, I see their rate is quite high, above 0.45

Its a mix of different offers but promoting PTC sites.
If I got about 80% of traffic recognized it would be worth it
