Amazon just started a new service called Amazon Merch. It works similiar to Teespring etc. You can upload a t shirt design and sell it on Amazon.

    GeiDoSL.png

But there are big advantages if you compare to Teespring etc.:

    1. You will ALWAYS profit, does not matter if you sell 1 t shirt or 100. You will be paid per t-shirt. No minimum sales amount in order to even get paid.
    2. You (and your buyers) do not have to wait till and if the tshirt gets printed. This is not a campaign. It's sold just like any other product on Amazon.
    3. You do not need expensive and useless fb ads. You do not need any promotion at all, Amazon itself is promotion enough. People are searching on Amazon and then buying.

So I tried this now with a design which on fb only gave likes and comments. Let's see how it works here.

On facebook you only throw out money for likes and comments, not for sales. People like your post and comment with "I need this, I will buy this, XYZ you need this", but in the end nearly nobody really heads over to your page and out them maybe 1-2 buy. Only way to overcome this is to be on a HUGE budget to reach whole target audience.
With amazon merch you do not need this at all. People go to Amazon, type "XYZ t shirt" in bar and get your listing to see.

I understand that part, I'm not a big FB person but I know I've seen quite a few people that have banked using FB ads, I'll probably test a few ad campaigns with them in the coming months for a few projects.

Amazon charges a 15% listing fee and $8.10 base costs. So if you sell your t shirt for $19.99 you will get $8.89 profit

So really good. And you get this amount, regardless if you sell 1 or 10. If you sell more your royalties even will go up.

Yes, you can try, but it really needs a high budget to make anything. I tried this lots of time, and every time it is the same. Problem 1, people on facebook are not buyers, facebook is just entertainment and no sales page. Problem 2, Teespring etc. Nobody wants to pay $20 for a tshirt and to wait 2 weeks to get it when he can get it from a local store or ebay for half the price and immediately (store) or within a couple of days (ebay).

Interesting: when it will come in my country, I will take a look.

So, really like teespring ? You sell a logo/design, no a t-shirt in fact (Amzon takes care of the printing, the sending, ...).

Does this work like amazon affiliates where redirecting to amazon will allow commission on any product sold?

I don't usually have any issues with templates, but the Azon Merch T-shirt was a bit challenging to get a design I liked the first few tries. It's an excellent option though and basically makes it so anyone can ride a trend for a little bit of profit.

Pretty cool service and smart of Amazon to get into this niche. As a veteran in the t-shirt business from owning my own brand to printing custom shirts for pretty much everybody....let me give you a few pointers or warnings before you jump into this:

This service is great for a quick idea for a t-shirt that you want to make a few bucks on, but the service will not give you the quality that a screen printed shirt can give you. In order to do on demand printing by the shirt, Amazon must utilize direct to garment t-shirt printing...which is essentially an inkjet printer with a t-shirt going through it, instead of a piece of paper.

*Direct to Garment printing is good for light colored shirts, but it sucks for dark colored shirts. If you have any kind of branding in mind, or you want to build a long term t-shirt business...this is NOT the way to go.

*You have no quality control with the Amazon service. If someone orders it and they think it sucks...will your account get the negative feedback? I don't know...anyone?

If you have any desire to take some control over your brand and your designs....then you really cannot risk using a service like teespring or amazon to print your shirts. If you hire a custom printer to handle your work, then you can control every aspect of the garment, the print feel, the locations, and it will probably work out to be cheaper in the long run. Many custom printers will work with low minimums (12 shirts).

The great advantage to using Amazon of course, is the ability to throw a shit load of designs up and not deal with anything ever. I can see the draw, but they will never beat the overall experience of a custom screen printed shirt if you have a serous brand in mind.

You can. In the Merch by Amazon FAQs it says so. "Merch By Amazon is non-exclusive" or something along those lines.

Why not to build your own website and sell by your own, there are lots of drophip platform there for shirts. Just buy designs, upload to your own products, then start selling. I do not recommend buying designs from Insta viral .movi I bought all designs for 127$ then It's just copied from original creators.. and files size are not good, So I recommend go over on fiverr and other source.
So far here's the result of my FB ads campaign..

Okay but what about my profit % .
In our group I'm marketing manager. I'm working in selling section. If any shop have more customer reviews and it's okay in fake spot then I can make more sell. It may 500 see per day. I also have t shirt item but right now I'm not interested to promote that in other sites. Getting more sells per day and making more profit :)
