I've recently signed up for a hostnine reseller account which I plan to use for my own purposes. I've created a hosting package and am now trying to setup a new hosting account.when I do though I'm getting a permanent error 'invalid domain name'

Have I missed a step out? I am using a mobile device and hostnine think that could possibly be a problem

They do....but all they have been able to say is that when they try to set up an account using the domain name I provide that it works on their end

Why don't you try on a PC? It would be better to try there, rather than on a mobile device.

Or if it's working on their end, tell them to set it up for you, they will do as per my knowledge at least.

Make sure you enter the domain correctly:

    - No http
    - No www
    - All lowercase
    - No spaces
