Absolutely agree on this. Moreover, VPN IPs are mostly blacklisted by social media platforms so they are only useful for simple stuff like browsing a website that is otherwise banned in a specific location.

Totally agree on this. Another drawback of VPNs is that they lack dedicated IPs and there are like 20 other people using the IPs for god knows what. With VPNs, people are technically telling everyone that they are in fact using a VPN server, not the anonimity I'd want. 4G mobile proxies have far better usability.

All VPNs do this, well a large portion. Also using a free one to get, lets say Netflix in a coutnry that its banned is likely ok, but I guess it all depends on what you are doing on the VPN
