Hi, I want to ask if the text content of a site is from youtube video, will it be considered duplicate content? also will it affect the seo of the site? Will it still rank?

I am just wondering, does anybody have experience with this?

as in the text is in the video itself? No, I dont think so
 
yeah, its like the video is converted into text and posted to a site, or the site text content is converted into a video.

Check the resulting article with a plagiarism checking tool if it can pass the check then it is ok to use it.
 
yeah it will pass 100%, but I do not know if google can detect it and penalise the site
 
should be no problem ....... it is unique.
 
If the words of the video that you want to copy aren't mentioned in the description or at video comments you should be fine.
 
Check the content of the video in google to ensure there are no duplicates before using it.
 
Text in the video is not readable so, will not make any difference.
