Anybody make use of the free tool Proxomitron?

I've used this tool to get around torrent throttling and spoofing my ip and haven't noticed it mentioned in any forum posts. I thought I'd share it with you all and maybe get some props. This is free software, not developed by me. Basically it acts as a proxy (set your browser to proxy=localhost or 127.0.0.1) and allows you to zero in on some really involved filters and proxy settings.

OK cool, I was going through my list of programs to uninstall and hadn't used this one in a while besides getting around some ISP's throttling of packets. Guess it's a keeper now that I have began seeing some ways to apply it to a lot of techniques used here.
