OK, here's my problem. I've been with them for about over 6 months now and things worked out pretty well, not much down time and I'm kinda happy with it. But recently they updated their billing system(I suppose so since the UI of the client area is changed as well) and it seems that my paypal subscription with them is messed up by this, the automatic payment sent last week didn't get recognized, and I immediately submit a ticket the moment I found out but to my surprise, their billing department is super slow in responding to my ticket, and I had to manually pay that invoice in advance to avoid my VPS being terminated after the second invoice overdue notice. This really pissed me off, I tried to reach their technical support but they just told me they've already forwarded my ticket to billing department and I should be patiently waiting... A week's already gone and I still got no reply from them. I really don't think they are trying to scam me that money(it's only $16.45 after all), but they are way too slow dealing with my problem, so how do I get my money back?
