Why are guys like Frank Kern or Ryan Deiss so popular? They're not popular here on BHW because they don't post here and they don't build links or use tools like GSA SER or ScrapeBox but outside of this forum, they're very very popular.

My strategy has always been build backlinks manually and automatically and solely focus on Google. But I'm seeing more and more people focus instead on buying traffic and doing Facebook marketing. Should I shift my attention to these two? The people who do SEO like the ppl here on BHW earn several thousands per month but these two guys that I mentioned (Kern and Deiss) who *don't* do the type of SEO that's being talked about here in BHW earn millions per month!

I spent so much time learning about SEO and building links and using dozens of tools but it looks like there's a more powerful way to earn money. What do you guys think?

Facebook marketing has been discussed on BHW numerous times since it's a way to get highly targeted traffic and with SEO your traffic is organic. I honestly believe that it's a combination of both. Lets see what the Pro's have to say!

From what I have seen, Frank Kern, Ryan Deiss etc. make 99% of their income from selling their information products to people dumb enough to buy them -- not actually from the methods they're preaching about.

Well-targeted paid traffic will almost always beat anything you can hope to achieve with SEO. The problem is having the funds to invest in finding targeted niches of users who want a hot product/offer you can hook them up with.

If you manage to find that sweet spot it is a crazy feeling (while it lasts), put $100 into the Google cash machine (buy ads) and out pops $10,000 ... take $1,000 of that and put it back into the Google cash machine and BANG out pops another $100,000.
