Tried emailing him myself a few times - but nowhere to be found. My Wiki Bomber software won't even work now when I try to login.

!!!ATTENTION NEWS FLASH!!!!... Clyde spotted sitting on a beach in Phuket with a couple of hookers on his lap, and a glass of champagne in his hand. Paid for by all those who bought his software!

Nah man. Clyde was great with support and everything. I bounced ideas around with him on Wiki Bomber and SB Bomber when they first came out. He and his team put a lot of effort into those products. But then, Wiki Bomber 2 was a disaster as was SE Demon.

He hasn't logged in here in months, and now it looks like the servers that were hosting the licenses for all his software have gone offline.... unpaid bills maybe?

Pretty sure this is then end of all Clyde software. I for one hope the dude is OK and alive, seems crazy to abandon a customer base of hundred of people, but who knows. If he ever comes back here, he'll have a lot to answer for.

Ohh well, time to adjust and move on.

It's pretty unexcusable not to even leave a single web-server (shared-hosting!?) for licensing checks. A few lousy bucks per month would allow all the software to continue running...

...That or provide unlocked versions of the software.

    I've sent several emails too.

Since he seems to have gone AWOL, I don't feel any qualms in asking if anyone has an unlocked version of WikiBomber, so we can continue using it? I've bought multiple licenses of a lot of his software, so he's had his money from me!

As the owner of a software development house, this kind of thing really galls me; it's so short-sighted and unprofessional. Keeping a license server running costs basically nothing - even if you don't provide updates.
