Anybody have any experience with Plimus?

I was reading on here about people using services other then Clickbank, so I signed up for Plimus - and so far all I can say is, if you thought customer supports sucked with Clickbank, this tops them. Can't find a phone number for merchants to call, filled out a support form on Monday and still haven't heard anything!
