As I'm getting older everything seems to give me heart burn. Can't drink alcohol anymore, coffee, fast food for the most part, other foods with certain ingredients. It's becoming such a pain in the ass. Aside from going full blown adjusting diet, is there anything that may help?

Shit literally feels like my entire body chest/back is up in a flame.

Adjust the diet my friend

Sleep up right a little.............

But adjusting the diet is key. Your body's saying something, you must listen.

I went through that twice in life. The second time, i think i had a hole in my intestines or stomach that luckily healed

You dont want to get that far. I lost so much weight and had no motivation to do anything. Couldn't even sit in a chair comfortably.

nexium- stuff saved my life. It was getting to the point where I was only sleeping for an hour or two. Good luck!

Med student here
Avoid eating spicy food or any food that promote heart burn
Eat 2 hr before sleep
Eat at regular time (Yes your body can remember this)

Go to a doctor to check
H.Pylori Infection on your stomatch

I would advice to you to stop looking for an answer here on your thread, it might increase your heart burn by looking such a great replies. here are most of the marketers they knows how to reply when they don't know the answer.

Don't look for solutions online when you have a serious health condition. You should visit a Doctor and try to understand the problem. There will be too many people giving suggestions & promoting affiliate products that they can mislead you.

It's not your heart, it' s more likely a gastroesophageal reflux.
You should avoid fatty food, chocolate, alcool and don't overfill your stomach in general. Don't lie down (on the sofa or the bed) immediatly after eating. If you can a small 15 min walk after eating could help.
The first cause in this cases is stress, a good gastroenterologist will tell you to change your lifestyle and change your job if the problem persist.

Find a good homeopathic doctor, allopathy doesn't help much with heart burn, I've been a victim since I was 18.

If you want to avoid medicines altogether then you need to make changes to your diet, for that you should visit a nutritionist.

Find a good homeopathic doctor

What a good advice, for OP.

I typically found traditional western methods and drugs can't cure many diseases very well, but going for traditional Chinese medicine or Indian homeopathic way sometimes can miraclely heal many nasty things, so give it a try, and if possible, go to that country.

Sure we are not doctors, first consult your professional doctor.

Professional doctor will say homeopathy is not good for you.
