I will be visiting Prague for a client this month. So, I was wondering if we have BHW members who lives there? :) May be we could have a few pivos (beer) together and discuss some Programming/IM stuffs?

On another note, can anyone give me some insights about the city e.g. what to visit and what not to do? That will be a great help too lol.

This month no, in a bit less than 2 month from now i'll spend a few days there on the occasion of the Guns N' Roses concert. :)

I was there before once for a week, if i may:

You can't go wrong with the famous tourist sites: the Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle, the Old Town Square with the Astronomical Clock (it's under construction now, if i'm not mistaken), the Jewish Carter, the Wenceslas Square, the center of the New Town.

Here's a map with the sites and public transportation routes: http://cdn.prague-guide.co.uk/free-map.pdf

If you're a club goer, try Karlovy Lázně, it's on the bank of the Vltava River at the end of the Charles Bridge. It advertises itself as the biggest club in Central Europe. It's a 5 story club with different styles on each floor, there's an ice bar too, it's pretty cool. There were lots of tourists when i was there, i'm not sure if the natives like it or no.

What not to do? Don't drink in public where it's not allowed or calculate with the fine, which can be up to 1,000 CZK. It's not just a theoretical rule, so it's better to keep in mind. Don't use taxis, they'll rip you off. Use public transportation instead. Most of the famous sites are in the inner city anyway in a 2-3 kilometres circle, so if you have some time, you can just walk. Don't pay more than 40-50 CZK for half litre of regular, non-crafted beer (Pilsner, Staropramen). Crafted beers can be legitimately more expensive.

Be careful with the Green Fairy & have fun!
