I also have an account with a closed marketplace, the reason for this is that I did not use similar photos.
Anybody else have there marketplace disabled?

fb is gradually controlling more strictly, you should try appealing

Facebook is increasingly tightening regulations on Marketplace, not by accident but a clear trend to fight fraud and make it more like strict e-commerce platforms like eBay, you can just appeal normally, the account will still return.

Of course, but there are also customers who, even though they have violated the law, will still be forgiven if they appeal. This depends on the level and history of their violations.
