Anybody doing some sports besides sitting with a laptop?

    Hey, blackhatters.

    About 1 month ago I understood that i am becoming real weak and fat piece of shit sitting with my laptop 10 hours per day and started doing some boxing exercises every day at home.

    1 hour per day real hardcore training and what I see now :
    - 8 kilos weight and feeling myself full of vitality.

    Are you doing any sports activity and keeping fit ?

    I am doing lots of body workout at home actually. Its the only solution to feel well when working in front of pc 24/7.
    Always doing 1 training day and the day afterwards I rest completly. Just body/muscle workout in my case.
    The correct and healthy food plays a big role in order to get successfull results of course.

    Last year in December I just rested from an operation and I was thinn like hell really unsexy to be honest.
    Now 7 months later with lots of good body workout and healthy food I am back in better condition then I ever was.
    Also feeling kind of secure when walking outside of my house in non safe areas. It gives you good feeling somehow.
    Its like you know if something serious would happen you could definitely answer to it if required.

    Also I do beleive that sport and workouts are the best cure for psychological unbalanced conditions.
    Such as depressions etc. The one of us who are working 24/7 in front of their PC´s for a long time they
    know what I am talking about. Too much PC without any sport or sun will make you ill at some point.

    Yeah man, I lift weights regularly, do a spinning class, and swim. It is the only way to get me away from my computer. I've been toying with the idea of a treadmill desk, but not sure if it lives up to the hype.

    Yes, sometimes i lift the laptop from my bed and put it on the sofa which is in arms reach, laptop weighs around 2.5 kg, does that count?

    No, seriously. I don't do sports, but i do 5-10 km walks in the downtown daily at a faster than normal pace.

    walk to work instead of using car (2x45 min/day) + gym (mobility exercises, 20-25 min run and some general workout).

    .. another great thing about walking - now you have found time time to listen to podcasts/audiobooks.

    Don't mind @Ste Fishkin , as you can see that's a very sensitive topic for him to handle since he suffers from the commonly widespread disease called obese, which can be described as severely overweight.
    At the moment, @Ste Fishkin lacks the will power to exercise to lose all that excessive fat that make him look like he has a 36C breast size.

    nah, but waiting September to go to gym, fitness helps so much especially for us who stay in the pc, anti depress lol

    I take hikes and walk my do daily, but that's not enough and I know it. I have some simple training equipment that I use for exercise only when I move it around to clean...

    In the weekend am going to play kabaddi. Am much interested in playing. So before starting that we do heavy warm ups and some exercises.
    That will be keeping me some more fit.
    If i stop playing that i'll to get fat buffy within a month.

    Im doing regular weight lifting, and for cardio i use my bicycle instead of car, i only take the car if its really far away

    I do Muay Thai, go for runs and walks, occasionally the gym. Just takes 30 min a day to make a huge difference to your entire life.

    I do boxing mostly. I was doing bodybuilding before hand but now that I'm boxing I want to keep recovered as much as possible to put all my energy into the boxing. Also yeah fap fap fap lol

    Also pokemon Go got me to run around my neighborhood like child on a sugar high :)

    Oh and it was Ippo that got me super into boxing. Check out Hajimeno ippo if you haven't yet. Its a gem.

    I do track swimming. It's a great fucking way to stay in shape. No need to sweat with a bunch of other sweaty dudes in a fitness hall.

    Just learn how to do the stroke. You'll burn fat quickly and build muscle quickly.

    I lift weights at the gym, strength training (lifting tires and chains and shit) and fap
    This summer i'll get back to bodyboarding again it's super fun
