Does anyone know if it's possible to find out which leads converted, other than just asking the advertiser?

I could check all my emails for people responding to me (because leads usually respond) but that would take a long while and still will probably miss some leads. The only thing I can think of is to iframe the offer and then somehow get your website to send the user's ip or email when they get to the thank you page. Though this will probably hurt conversions since your domain will be fake.

Any ideas? I'll buy a script if I have to, but I'd rather just write my own if I had a basic idea or algorithm.

You would need to create a tracking script. Same way that the CPAs do it really. First have them click on a click that goes to your tracking script page. Have it make a database entry with IP, time, email etc. This then redirects to your link with a subid that relates to their info. Then you could ask the advertiser to put a tracking pixel on their page, or you can set up a postback script (since most CPAs offer postback) which will receive that subid and translate to who clicked.

Should give you a good idea I hope

You could try setting up pixel tracking with tracking202.
